Volta/S.A.Y. Participant Workshops
Part of the 10 day exchange was to commit to a self created deadline. At the end of the deadline each one had to present a small project. This could be anything that you have set up for yourself. No limitations.

Here are the results:

Introduce yourself, and tell a short story about the company in one paragraph. Who do you work with, what inspires your services? What is your team proud of? What are your values and motto? Maybe you can talk about the roots of your company. Tell a short story about the company in a paragraph.

Who are you?
Who are we really? of individuals or a community that cooperates for a common goal? Erasmus projects push us towards a social direction that puts us all at the center, but we need to understand who is around us.

My project is an imaginary person, a collage of details of faces that form a new individual, which represents the final result of the SAY project: you are special, you are unique, you are everyone.

Something about our cultures
It is a video of all of us describing our country or its culture in one word. I named the project ‘Something about our cultures’ which also nicely refers to our S.A.Y. project. The goal of it was to explore ourselves through our cultures, perhaps find some similarities to our friends’ countries and simply to have fun while watching.

Explore your geeky interests
Sometimes it comes easy for us to find common ground with strangers. But what about the geeky, hidden stuff that make us who we are?

In my small personal project we played with our hidden interests and discussed the things we truly "geek" about.

The colors that bring us together
Color, such a small word, but with a huge meaning. In fact, what would life be without something to color it?
Colors are so present in our daily lives. We unconsciously associate colors with anything from… emotions, relationships, dances, streets, countries, moods, clubs, words or even numbers…and this makes colors the source of “love at first sight”.

For this reason, after selecting all our favorite colors, I've made a drawing that represents us, using only the colors mentioned.

Afterwards, we were all asked to leave our mark on this drawing, through a brief signature.
From now on, our drawing will be permanently displayed on one of the walls of Eco Hostel Floreal, our home during the S.A.Y project. We will undoubtedly color the lives of all new guests.

Guess the taste!
People's character have various shades and levels, and there are many ways to understand them: music is a powerful tool to understand people's feelings and character and sometimes it could surprise you! (Think about a quiet person who usually listens metal music).

During the week I've asked to every participants his/her favorite song or musician, so I've chosen 5 of them to play the game. In this game participants sit in circle in which center there's a stereo: they will listen few seconds of the song, and then they will have to point the person who's the favorite song is playing, choosing between 3 possible answers.

Will your impression be right or maybe will you be surprised?

About our CEU (Country, Experience, Us).

Ps: CEU in Portuguese means sky.
What's the best way to find the best spots in a new country? Ask the locals. So, if you're planning a trip to Portugal, Italia, Lithuania, Romania, and/or Germany, in this project you can find all the places that are a must.

Also, you can find the translation of the most beautiful word "Love", as well as a random word as "tiles". Besides getting to know our countries, I've put together all the words that represents Naples through our lenses in a short text.

Finally, this project ends with a word cloud about the meaning of S.A.Y. for us.

Mane e mane
This video tells, through photos and clips, what we have created, from relationships to personal growth. The Canzone's central theme is the circularity of life. " chi oggi è erba e argento/ ghiaccio s'arretrova" ( Who is today silver grass it turns out to be ice).

The title "mane e mane" is a hymn to help, hands in hands to resist the wind, storms and dark nights.
I think it was the meaning of the project, know and stay each other to know better yourself.

Say something about a story
We are a group of young people from Portugal, Romania, Lithuania and Italy. Full of energy and creative ideas l, we wrote the biggest bestseller of the year. I suggested an opening sentence and the added your bright ideas to create our story.

Since writing is one of my biggest passions, I decided to do this project. I wanted to share my passion with the group.

The difference between "look" and "see".
The group gets together in a room or outdoor space, forming a standing circle with a pen in hand. the organizer distributes cards with questions, but without seeing or reading them. after they have the cards they have to look very carefully fully at each other, and after about 1 minute.

After that, they have to close their eyes and turn around. when they turn around they can open their eyes and answer the question (Ex. How many people are barefoot).

Finally when everyone has finished answering they can turn around and check if they got it right or not!
